Spellbinder Zhevana is a legendary dragon hero that destroys frozen units in front of her and gains mana. Her strength and the strength requirement of her ability increases when leveled up. Spellbinder Zhevana fits into control and combo decks well.
Strategies[]
Spellbinder Zhevana's ability to gain mana for destroying units makes her a powerful combo piece.
Pair Spellbinder Zhevana with Icicle Burst or Frosthexers for a cheap and easy combo with a lot of value; Spellbinder Zhevana refunds her own cost, the enemy loses a unit, and you gain a unit.
If you can freeze multiple units at a time, Spellbinder Zhevana can create a lot of mana from cards like Doppelbocks or Brothers in Arms.
If you gain a lot of mana with Spellbinder Zhevana, cards like Freebooters and Rogue Sheep can refill your hand and allow you to play more cards in one turn than usual.
Spellbinder Zhevana can also be used to destroy and gain mana from your own friendly units if they are frozen, whether your enemy freezes them or you play a card like Iceflakes.
