Icicle Burst is a common spell that deals damage to a frozen enemy. The strength limit can be increased by leveling it up. Icicle Burst can be found in freeze control decks.

Icicle Burst can only be used if you have a frozen enemy, so build your deck to have lots of freeze cards.
Use Icicle Burst to instantly destroy strong enemies that might withstand the weaker effects of Wisp Cloud or Midwinter Chaos.
Icicle Burst is great for emptying a tile for you to play Wisp Cloud on, especially in very crowded board situations.
Pair Icicle Burst with Frosthexers for an insane amount of damage to an enemy for very little cost.
Icicle Burst also serves as an easy and cheap way to set up combos with other cards like Spellbinder Zhevana.
